The hot breakfast was included and had quite a selection of hot and cold. Scrambled eggs were not a favorite but the bacon, sausage, grits, fruit was excellent. Several different types of milk, bread, toast, cereal, oatmeal, vegetarian choice and great coffee were also offered. The mattress was great and the room was very comfortable. Although we didn't eat dinner at the hotel this visit, I saw that more selections are currently offered for dinner at the bar/restaurant. Salads, sandwiches, pizza, chicken wings and several entrees are available.

Beautiful conference center, sparkling clean, well-decorated and appointed, excellent bath, bed, and breakfast. I prefer the decor and location of Rizzo’s Hyatt rival, the Carolina Inn, right next to the UNC campus, but it’s not worth a $100 premium, especially also charging for breakfast and parking. Rizzo also has a great outdoor pool for CH’s hellish summer weather.

I’m a Kenan-Flagler graduate (24 years ago) and did not know the Rizzo Center was a Kenan Flagler conference center so I was delighted to see the Kenan-Flagler logo as soon as I walked in the foyer. Beyond that, I didn’t know what to expect from a university-affiliated hotel. I was happy to see that it was a true 4-star Hyatt experience. I got a reasonable room rate. I will be returning! Breakfast was very good. Far better than any other complimentary breakfast I’ve had a hotel!

The rooms/beds are very comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet is included in the nightly price and offers grits, oatmeal, vegetarian casserole, turkey and pork sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes and great selection of fresh fruit and good coffee! Sonya, the bartender, in the bar/restaurant on first floor is super friendly, helpful and quite delightful! The Greek salad she recommended is a favorite of ours! Opens at 5:30PM. A guest pantry on each floor offers popcorn, cold drinks, ice cream and coffee as well as washer/dryer. Lovely hotel and grounds. This was our 5th visit this year.

Beautiful property, this is not only a hotel but also a UNC conférence center. Huge park, beautiful gardens, nice buildings, large swimming pool ... rooms are very spacious and confortable, they serve a good breakfast, staff very professionnel and helpful ... located in a residential and quiet neighborog just a few miles from downtown Chapel Hill, this place is perfect either for visiting or working ....

We returned to this property because of the wonderful breakfast! The rooms are spacious, clean and nicely laid out. The AC works well and the bathrooms are lovely. But we love the breakfasts! Friendly staff and great food!

The experience is always exceptional (my 2nd time there); love the sitting area and snacks on each floor. Who doesn't like ice cream and popcorn??? And hot water for tea. Jack, Shawn, Passion at front desk are responsive, respectful and helpful always.

We stayed in the main building which is very nice and clean. The property is in a beautiful location with nice trails around. We enjoyed walking around the nice neighborhood. The buffet breakfast was very good. Parking on site was convenient and the pool and gym were nice.

It was clean, quite and comfortable. The location was close to everything. Loved that there were drinks, popcorn and ice cream available 24 hours and it’s free! Laundry is also free!

It is beautiful. The building architecture is consistent with those around it. We arrived quite late and the front desk was so welcoming. The amenities are wonderful although we were not there long enough this time to take advantage of it all. Yet we did get to the fitness center and this is by far the nicest and most functional fitness center at a hotel we have been to. We will definitely be back.
